‘Tank’ and I had a wonderful time in Denver while doing demonstrations at the Pet Expo. There was a National Dock Dogs Competition and I decided to enter on the Sunday. ‘Tank’ was a maniac, he really enjoyed the sport and did very well because of the experience and training we’ve done in our swimming program.

First, we competed in the Speed Retrieve and he took second place. Then I jumped him in the Dock Dogs furthest distance jump contest, to which he took first place in the senior division and moved into the National Semi-Pro Finals. After resting for a bit, he jumped 19.1 feet in the Semi-Pro Finals and took second place.

I bought him a new duck which you’ll see in the photo, it is easy to throw and ‘Tank’ really enjoys it.

‘Tank’ and I trying our luck at the BIG AIR competition. We took 1st Place in the Senior Level and then 2nd Place in the Finals.

3rd Rich & Jasper 6.56 and 6.81 those two are so much to watch and think about it Jasper is over 7 years old Roll Eyes
4th Steve & Sota 6.69 and 7.25, this little golden is for sure the top in his breed with tons of fire Grin
5th April & Otter 7.35 and 7.43 if you’ve never seen these two on the dock, best friends is a understatement Grin
6th April & Duck 8.38 and 9.03, he’s so cute he thinks he can walk on water
7th Brant & Rose 8.72 and 8.50
8th Toni & Stuff 15.50 and 15.03, you won’t believe this when you see the video. Stuff was a lapdog that took to jumping off the dock and speed retrieve like a pro. Lots of heart in this little guy.
