Testimony (Aggressive German Shepherd)

My husband and I have been working with Tom for about the past 4 weeks and the difference is amazing with our dog, Zeus.  We adopted Zeus from a German Shepard Rescue Group and little did we know that he had an extremely aggressive side when anyone would come to our house.  He
would get into an out of control zone in which he did not obey commands.  He was not safe to have and were almost ready to take him back to the shelter.  However, Zeus was a great dog in every other aspect and we thought we needed to give him training and a chance.  We did some research and found Sit Means Sit.

We invited Tom to our house for the free demonstration.  Tom will tell you that if Zeus wasn’t with muzzle and
lead he probably would have mauled Tom before he had a chance to enter our house.  We all feel that Zeus acts out due to being scared that someone is going to hurt him.  When people come to our door now, he still gets upset and growls; however, the behavior is much improved from what he was like before we began the Sit Means Sit program.  We now
feel like the remote collar has given us control and that our dog has made tremendous progress in the last 4 weeks.  Sometimes what he as learned amazes us.
