Frustrated by the limitations of traditional dog training methods, in 2008 Chris travelled to the USA to learn a new way of dog training that would give pet owners off-leash control not just in their own yards but anywhere and everywhere AND around any distractions in the environment. Over the years Chris has trained hundreds of pet dogs and their owners and you can feel confident that he will be able to assist you too!
In addition to his experience and qualifications training pet dogs, Chris is also an experienced Government Sniffer Dog Trainer and Handler. In fact Chris trained the world’s first operational Fire Ant Detection Dog! Although he loved his position as Trainer and Handler of the RIFA dog, he resigned in 2009 because, so excited about the results that he was seeing, he wanted to concentrate on training in the Sit Means Sit way. Chris has had many years of training and experience and is dedicated to keeping up with modern techniques and new developments in Dog Training.
