Oliver is only 5 years old and he is displaying a very high level of off leash control over a very high drive Belgian Malinois beside one of the busiest roads in Brisbane. Oliver is only 5 years old and he is just having some fun playing with his 20 month old Labrador Roofy at the Huge public event the Brisbane EKKA. There were thousands of people at this 10 day event and even though it was day 10 Roofy had a great time with Ollie. Police K9 dog training – Bitework and Scent Detection
Fred Hassen, Sgt. Jerry Turning, Alfredo Rivera, and Ashton Fitz-Gerald are seen here doing a demonstration of a police k9 finding drugs through severe distraction of bitework, and showing ultimate off-leash control.
This demonstration was held at the 2009 Invictus Law Dog Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
These Dogs are all trained using the Foundation Exercises taught in our Brisbane Dog Training Schools. This video is a very good example of the type of control that Sit Means Sit Dog Training Brisbane strives to achieve with all of our clients.
