Arrival Story: We moved into a temporary rental house seven months ago and Billy was the dog next door.  We all bonded with him through the fence.  Billy’s owner left her husband and him just before we moved. The husband fed and gave him water but didn’t even talk to him. The man moved out leaving Billy behind.  The home owner took Billy to the pound and as soon as we found out, we wen to the pound and adopted him. Billy is very loving and sweet. He loves attention and rides well in the car.
