Cleveland Christmas Connection – November 18-20 – I-X Center
Sit Means Sit Cleveland-Akron will be back at the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio for the Christmas Connection. This year’s event features all new holiday entertainment, free pictures with Santa, over 500 merchants and artists, and fabulous live entertainment! Roxie, Simba, Kiya, Zeus, and Walter will all be in attendance demonstrating their fun and flashy obedience skills! It’s sure to be a great event! We hope to see you there!

Pawfest at Bow Wow Beach – Sunday, September 19 - The event is being held from 10:00AM Sunday morning until 4:00PM in the field adjacent to the beach. Dog trainers, Paul Pollock & Chris Madden of Sit Means Sit Cleveland – Akron will be holding a demonstration at 11:30AM about dog park safety. Animal Palooza at the Akron Aeros Game – Wednesday, July 27th & Tuesday, August 16th

INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADES
Sit Means Sit is excited to be a part of the Stow & Fairlawn Independence Day Parades! The Stow Parade kicks off at 10AM on July 4th on RT 59 at the Stow-Kent Shopping Center. The parade will travel down Kent Road past Holy Family Church and is approximately 2 miles. The Fairlawn Parade kicks off promptly at 6:30PM at the Fairlawn Town Center. The parade will travel west on West Market St to Ghent Rd. We can’t wait to see you there! Have a happy and safe holiday!

10th Annual Pet Expo June 11 – 10am-4pm – Akron, OH – Sit Means Sit is proud to be at the 10th Annual Pet Expo, sponsored by the Rubber City Radio group, which includes 97.5 WONE The Home of Rock & Roll, 94.9 WKMX Akron’s OWN Countty, and 1590 WAKR Sports Radio. The Pet Expo will be at Hardesty Park in Akron, which is located on the corner of West Market & Hawkins Avenue. The Pet Expo will be held RAIN or SHINE! We’ll see you there!
51st Annual Strawberry Festival – June 16-19 – Kirtland, OH – The 51st Annual Kirtland Kiwanis Strawberry Festival will be held on the Kirtland high School Campus at 9140 Chillicothe Rd, Kirtland, OH 44094. THE RICHFIELD ART STUDIO and SIT MEANS SIT CLEVELAND-AKRON DOG TRAINING
will be hosting a THERAPY DOGS & ART EVENT – Barkin’ Art!
Sit Means Sit Cleveland-Akron will be guest co-hosts at The Richfield Art Studio on September 24th to visit with their obedience and therapy dogs while guests work on a dog-related pottery art project!
The Sit Means Sit team will present: Dog Obedience Demonstration; Teaching Children and Families About Dog Safety; How to Approach a Dog Safely, as well as to show and teach you some Fun and Flashy Dog Tricks!
The Richfield Art Studio will be working with guests of ALL AGES who wish to create a vessel suitable for eating or drinking or for holding desktop objects. Guests will create designs on the outside of their vessel with clay and glaze. These works of art will be fired and ready to pick up about 2 weeks following the program!
(Materials fee for this special pottery event is offered at a reduced cost of $15 per artist)
IMPORTANT NOTES
Since we have limited space at the studio, please leave your family doggie at home for this event. We want to avoid any chaos or broken pottery!!
