Kammy’s Story

Kammy
Kammy

We added Kammy as a part of our family 2 years ago. When she first came home, she had been abused and she was afraid of everything. It took us 9 hours to get her from our kitchen to our living room. Then it took us a week to get her to even climb our steps to go to our bedroom. She even had problems with eating and drinking. Her tail was always between her legs and when we took her a walk, she pulled. We were able to get her through some things but we were still having problems because she had no confidence. Then things changed. We meet Lisa from Sit Means Sit at the Home and Garden Show.  At first we walked away then thought about it and went back to talk to her. So glad we did.  As I first learned about the Sit Means Sit program, I was totally against this collar they used because I thought it would shock her. I did not want that. But I was totally wrong, so we set up an appointment and took Kammy to meet Lisa. At that very first meeting it was a blessing; Lisa showed us the collar and it did not shock our loving Kammy or us. So we decided to let Lisa help our beautiful Kammy and us. Now Kammy is a totally different dog – she has confidence now and is very happy. I now love taking her for walks; she walks right beside me & there is no more pulling. Kammy loves life. Before Lisa and Sit Means Sit, Kammy was afraid of water, even the water in her dish, but now she loves to go swimming. Working with Lisa and Sit Means Sit has been the best decision we ever made when it came to Kammy. I could go on and on about all the changes with Kammy; there have been so many. Sit means Sit was a true blessing for Kammy and us. Thank You For Everything, The Dennis Family
