Scott Sanchez is the head dog trainer of Sit Means Sit Hawaii. He is also the Vice President of Research and Development for Sit Means Sit Corporate. He handles all domestic and international locations, and has spearheaded the 300 page Franchise Owner and Dog Training Manual. Scott is also a former Olympic athlete and many times Olympic coach, with 25 years of medal winning athletes.

Scott’s wife Rhonda Smith-Sanchez, is also a professional athlete, 5 times Overall World Windsurfing Champion and Personal Trainer. Rhonda thrives with all breeds of dogs from the lovable pit bulls, to all the small and medium dogs in between.

Scott and Rhonda both know that every system is always proven by the results it produces, which is exactly why they have chosen the Sit Means Sit dog training system. No other dog training system out there boldly shows the results the way Sit Means Sit dog training does. As former professional athletes, both Scott and Rhonda are driven by the production of positive results. Sit Means Sit dog training sets a fresh standard of results for obedience and fun that is attainable for families and their dogs.

Leonard Letoto has a wide and varied experience in several industries including security, personal protection and private investigation. His initial passion developed just shy of a decade ago in explosive detection canines. He has been pursuing and working professionally with Canines since his interest first sparked. Leonard brings with him a wealth of experience and is truly gifted with his teaching skills and ability to work with dogs.

Jade McPherson is Sit Means Sit Hawaii’s Office Coordinator. Having had an extended amount of office experience, Jade’s true passion has always been with animals. She has experienced being a pet owner of a variety of different breeds (chows, bulldogs, shepherds, herding dogs, and chihuahuas to name a few) and can attest to the amazing transformation her current dog Marcus, a Japanese Spitz, has made with Sit Means Sit!
