The 59th S.P.I.A.A. conferences are being held this week @ the” Hilton Oceanfront resort” on Singer Island, Florida. Sit Means Sit Palm Beach was asked to attend as a vendor/demonstrator for the event. Kody was a big hit and we had a great time.
Hello Bob!
Remember me I am Dragon’s mommy Just got your newsletter and wanted to drop a
quick line to say hi! Dragon is amazing (largely because of you). I have been
meaning to send you a video of him. We have moved so he has a bigger space and a
yard We adopted our foster baby and her sister so we are now a family of 4 girls
As for our star- everyday he astonishes me with what he picks up- even with out the
collar he is incredibly responsive to me. He has mastered some more tricks and
commands some of which he will do by hand signal or voice which I thought was
cool. We had a boy over the house who is scared of dogs and my 5 year old(he is her
friend) took Dragon to him and showed him all his “tricks” on her own and told him
to do it- and he did everything. His mom told me all he talks about is the cool
pink dog that does tricks for him. The pink part was that they play with side walk
chalk and for some reason he loves to roll in it so that day he was the color pink My 5 and 6 year old have great control with him- my 2 year would but I dont
think he understands a word she is saying to him
Hands down Dragon is the BEST dog ever!!! And we thank you for that!!
I hope all is well and that your business is well! Feel free to keep in touch!

Deliah did great today! When my friend came over, she did really well. No
pulling…she really listened and my friend was able to approach her without any
problem. I was thrilled! Also, I did exactly what you said when she was about to go
into her witching hour…I clicked on her leash and we went out and walked and did
some training. We came back into the house and worked a bit more. She then went right
to her place afterwards and let me continue with my work! I am going to Simmons
tomorrow to take a tour and give them Deliah’s vaccinations papers. I’ll touch base
with you tomorrow once I have confirmed her boarding there. …Thank you again.
I feel so confident with you as our trainer!
The Staff at Simmons Veterinary clinic did a fantastic job in putting together this year’s client appreciation event. The theme was a spin off of Mardi Gras- Pawdi Gras. There were live bands, food and spirits, exhibitions by the folks from Disc Connected K9 and dog races. There were over 400 people in attendance and many nice dogs. We look forward to next year. Great Job
Kody, Kacey and I attended this years West Palm Beach Home Show at the South Florida Fair Grounds.. This was Kacey’s first major expo and is seen learning what will be expected of her in the events to come.
Kody and I joined many other vendors and participants in this annual walk to benefit the services offered by The Peggy Adams Animal Rescue. Sit Means Sit sponsored the registration booth for this event. Many people braved the unseasonably cold temperatures to support this great cause.
Kody and I attended and performed at the WinterBark 2010 event hosted by Compassionate Pug Rescue. This was our second year doing it and again we had a great time.
The staff of Sit Means Sit of Palm Beach had a very busy weekend. We did three events.
First, on Friday Night, we attended the Pretty In The City event hosted by SUNNY 104.3 to benefit the Office Depot Foundation. The night was filled with music, food, drinks and 3,000 women celebrating. Yeah, we had a good time.
The next morning we did a 5 mile walk at John Prince Park to raise money to find the cure for arthritis.
That afternoon we were at The Holistic Pet Cuisine for their meet the trainer event. We answered the various questions that the clients had regarding behavioral and training issues.
