The Kentucky Three-Day is acknowledged as the signature event at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, beginning with the 1978 World Three-Day Event Championships. This Event will feature competitors vying for a berth on 2009 Olympic Eventing Teams, a special NBC Television broadcast, a live NBC Sports webcast, a world class Trade Fair and 100,000 in attendance over the four days of the competition.
The Horse Park will be the site of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010 and Eventing is on of the eight equestrian disciplines of the World Games, Rolex Kentucky provides an opportunity for those who will attend those Games to see the same type of competition before 2010, learn the area and the level of sport to come.
