Bring your kids and dogs out and support local businesses and rescue groups. In addition to the Dock Diving Competition, Aqua Dogs has arranged for the following: <\/p>\n Target of Lancaster is sponsoring and staffing the \u201cPet Pampering Parlor\u201d which includes shampoo, nail trim with polish and other amenities to pamper your pet. Drop off your pet while you enjoy the expo – all for a small donation. Target has combined its annual \u201cNational Night Out\u201d with Paws in the Pool. The \u201cNational Night Out\u201d celebration encourages neighbors to get to know one another and involves fun games, free prizes and a DJ.<\/p>\n Target has invited the Lancaster Police Department and the Fairfield County Sheriff\u2019s Office K9 Unit. These two law enforcement agencies will share a D.A.R.E. message and do presentations throughout this event.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Splash Dogs will be hosting a dock diving competition, and will be a UKC SANCTIONED EVENT<\/strong>, at Paws in the Pool. All dock diving clubs are invited to compete. Non-participants can jump in between the competition events! \nDemonstrations: Gymnastics, Tae Kwon Do, dog training demonstrations, a dog training beginners group class and much more! Local merchants will be there with pet related wares, arts, crafts, food, face painting, games, pet massage and a microchip and rabies clinic.
\nRabies vaccines will be available for $7.00 from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday.<\/strong>
\nRescue and animal groups participating are Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue, Whiskers, Fairfield Area Humane Society, Animal Rescue Friends, Hopeful Hearts, and Fairfield County CARES.<\/p>\n
