Latkes are grated potatoes with egg, onion, and other seasonings such as garlic. However, the garlic and other oils make it off-limits for Fido. Then, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Scoop balls of the mixture onto a greased baking tray and flatten them into patties. Lastly, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes on each side.
