The city of Frisco is excited to close out the summer with the perfect event made just for Fido! Get ready to whip out your dog’s life jacket<\/a> one last time at the Frisco Water Park for the city’s “Paws in the Pool” event! Whether you’ve got a guppy puppy or a dog who’s still new to getting their paws wet, this is the perfect event to meet other pet parents and let your pooch socialize.<\/p>\n

“Paws in the Pool” Event Details<\/h2>\n

Date<\/strong>: September 6th, 2025<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: 8:30AM-2PM*<\/p>\n

*Times determined by size and age of your pup. Please refer to the city of Frisco’s website<\/a> for more information on what time is safest for your furry friend.<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: Frisco Water Park, 5828 Nancy Jane Lane
\nFrisco, TX 75035<\/p>\n

Purchasing<\/strong> Tickets<\/strong>: Tickets are $9 each and are required for all joining at the pool! (Dogs and humans)<\/p>\n

Rules for Fido’s (and Your) Safety<\/h2>\n

In order for all two-legged and four-legged guests to have the most fun possible, it’s important to prioritize the safety of us all! If you’re planning to enjoy the last days of summer with other Frisco pups, please abide by some simple and essential rules.<\/p>\n

  1. This event is for dog’s only. Human’s many not swim. All Frisco Athletic Center and Frisco Water Park rules apply.<\/li>\n
  2. Dogs with recent injuries, in heat, or those who’ve recently given birth may not attend.<\/li>\n
  3. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.<\/li>\n
  4. Each dog must be accompanied by a single person.
    \n(If you’re bring two dogs, you must also have a person with you to accompany the second pup.)<\/li>\n
  5. All dogs must be collared.<\/li>\n
  6. Pet parents are allowed in the water with appropriate swim attire to supervise their pup.<\/li>\n
  7. Children must be supervised.<\/li>\n
  8. Dogs must be 6 months or older to swim.<\/li>\n
  9. Aggressive animals will be asked to leave.<\/li>\n
  10. All pets must be leashed when entering and exiting the park.<\/li>\n
  11. Please do not bring toys. Water toys will be provided.<\/li>\n
  12. No food allowed.<\/li>\n
  13. Please clean up after your pooch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Safety is a must with so many furry friends involved in such an exciting event. Once you’ve purchased tickets for yourself and Fido, be sure to fill out the Attendee Agreement and Waiver Form!<\/p>\n
