In bowl mix bananas, 3 tbsp honey, egg and water until combined. Then stir in flour, baking powder, and oats. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle carob chips on top. Carefully use a fork to slightly mix in carob chips in a marbling fashion. Bake for 1 hour. Check and bake for 15 additional min if you can insert a toothpick and it doesn&#8217;t come out clean.
