Instead of worrying about bringing your own dog food, we have the perfect TAILgate treat you can make for the big day.<\/p>\n<h3>Peanut Butter &amp; Carob Frosted TAILgate Footballs<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Prep time:\u00a0<time datetime=\"PT5M\">5 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Cook time:\u00a0<time datetime=\"PT10M\">10 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Total time:\u00a0<time datetime=\"PT15M\">15 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves:\u00a0<span class=\"yield\">18 cookies<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup rolled oats<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup peanut butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">**optional tbsp of honey drizzle**<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">**optional 1\/2 cup of melted carob chips**<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine wheat flour, rolled oats, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter and water. Mix the ingredients together until dough forms. Roll the dough into 1\/4 inch thickness on a heavily floured surface. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until cookies are slightly golden. Sometimes I glaze with a few drops of honey.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">To pipe the footballs, heat the carob chips in the microwave in a sealed piping bag. 20 seconds then kneed, continue in 10 second intervals until the chocolate will flow easily from the bag.
