Being cooped up in the house all day is no fun for us, and it is even less fun for our dogs. There are plenty of dog parks in the Baltimore area to take your dog to for a day of fun.<\/p>\n
Location<\/strong>: 200 S Linwood Ave Baltimore, DC 21224<\/p>\n Located in Patterson Park, the Patterson Dog Park<\/a> includes separate areas for big and small dogs with astroturf hills to play on. There are rules<\/a> in place to make sure all dogs and handlers are safe. It also has wading pools and water fountains to keep your dog cool on a hot day. This is one of the more popular parks, so you may find yourself making some new friends.<\/p>\n Location<\/strong>: 1529 Fort Ave Baltimore, MD 21230<\/p>\n Latrobe Park<\/a> is located in Locust Point and has fun for everyone! There is a fenced in area for off-leash dog play, as well as sports fields for handlers to play in. If your dog is a risk taker, they can take their turn on the dog waterslide. This park was designed by the same man who designed Central Park in New York.<\/p>\n Location<\/strong>: 3221 Toone St Baltimore, MD 21224<\/p>\n Canton Dog Park<\/a> is a sand-filled dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. Amenities include free water and poop bags for the dogs; and free parking and shade for their humans. This is a free park run by volunteers for both people and dogs to socialize and relax.<\/p>\n Location<\/strong>:\u00a0300 Warren Ave Baltimore, MD 21230<\/p>\n For a park with plenty of beautiful scenery, visit Federal Hill Park<\/a>. It has one of the most iconic views of the Inner Harbor. Make sure to keep your dog on the leash because off-leash play is not allowed.
