1. Make sure the beach is pet-friendly<\/span><\/h2>\n

Before you pack your belongings for the beach, make sure you find beaches that are pet-friendly<\/a>. It is important to abide by local rules and to ensure that your dog can have as much fun as you. There should be a few within driving distance of Volusia County, such as Lighthouse Point Park in Ponce Inlet, Smyrna Dunes Park in New Smyrna Beach, and Rockefeller Drive to Milsap Road in Ormond Beach.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Bring sun and paw protection<\/span><\/h2>\n
