Howdy! My name is Sarah & I am a Kennel Technician here at the facility! I am currently in the process of getting into Blinn College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program. While I am studying for a career in healthcare for humans, I absolutely adore animals. My family & I have owned dogs my whole life. Our oldest pup, Isabelle, is into double digits! I also have a large passion for horses, where I have had the opportunity of owning & training a few. I’ve competed in local barrel races, as well as Region 9 of Texas High School Rodeo, right here in Bryan/College Station. Let Sit Means Sit be a home away from home for your furry companions!

Howdy! My name is Rachel & I am currently a student at Texas A&M and one of the Kennel Technicians here at Sit Means Sit! I came to College Station to study AgriBusiness but my love for animals is what led me to this job. When I’m not playing with my miniature Aussie, Koda, I am spending the day with your wonderful pups! We hope to see you & your companion very soon!

I have always had an adoration for animals, but my passion grew tremendously when I got my goldendoodle puppy named Summer. Howdy! My name’s Alexis and I’m your go to person for anything SMS! From daycare and boarding, to training and scheduling – I’ll be there to help you! My journey with animal care started from a young age & my love for animals hasn’t stopped! I am a TAMU Biology student c/o 2024, working towards my Veterinary Technician license, & have worked with animals of all species, breeds, ages, & temperaments while loving them all equally! I am always working to improve myself & my pups as we work towards our goals together.

Speaking of, you might catch a glimpse of my two fur babies around the facility! They are the perfect example of the good training can do for things ranging all the way from dog reactivity/selectivity, & grooming reactivity. Athena, a senior rescue pitbull mix with a peg leg will greet you with tons of kisses! Don’t let her limp make you feel sorry, she doesn’t let it slow her down one bit. Her little brother, Ludo, is a crazy haired mutt who is always ready to do a few tricks for some treats. He’s come a long way since being rescued & having grooming anxiety & reactivity behaviors to now getting excited & sitting calmly while he gets his hair dyed fun colors!

Howdy, my name is Hunter! I am Texas A&M class of 2021 where I received my Bachelor’s in Wildlife & Fisheries. My passion for working/ranch dogs started at a young age, but my career working with them started here in 2022 where I have advanced to General Management since!

You might see my two pups running around the facility or attending group class from time to time: My “All American Dog” named Ali & a crazy black lab named Daisy! My girls have taught me so much. Having Ali with protective nature & fear reactivity taught me the importance of canine behavior as well as training. Daisy, who has an extremely high drive to learn, has made every training opportunity fun as she just wants to do anything & everything. Both of my girls are athletes which have paved the way of trying AKC events, such as Trick Dog, Disc, Agility, & more! I hope to share my knowledge & experiences with you & get to meet your furry friend soon!
