Every professional dog trainer understands how life can get busy and that means training goes out the window, through no fault of loving dog owners. Sometimes, there’s just nothing you can do about it. This, however, is not that time. The Day Training, or “Fast and the Furriest” training program works with pet parents to fit training into the busiest lifestyles and work schedules.

You get to choose one day a week for several weeks to drop your dog off for a full day of immersive training. Your pup will spend 6-8 hours having the time of their life as they learn basic obedience and basic commands based on what your needs are. After three weeks your dog will be able to go on walks with or without the leash, come when they’re called, and relax with you wherever you are.

Bringing a puppy into your home is an incredibly joyful thing, but it comes with some responsibility. That puppy is relying on you to give it the best life available. Thankfully, Sit Means Sit offers puppy classes that grow confidence and happiness in your dog through comprehensive obedience training.

Each puppy class we offer will provide owners with support and training on common issues such as potty training, chewing, barking, mouthing, and jumping. Just because a behavior is normal in a puppy doesn’t mean it has to be endured. These classes are your first step to growing a healthy, confident adult dog with only the best behavior!

Group Classes are exclusive to the graduates of the Day Training and/or Board and Train programs. These classes are fun, engaging, and a great way for dogs and owners to make new friends. They’re ongoing support for whoever wants to reinforce their dog’s training around real-world distractions, or who just wants to build relationships within the dog training community.

When you work alongside other dogs and owners, your dog’s training becomes stronger and more durable. Our mission is to create behaviors that aren’t undermined by new factors. When you leave the house, you should be able to expect excellent obedience and confidence from your dog. Group Classes are a great way to practice this.

It’s not uncommon for dog owners to struggle with severe behavior problems in their pets such as potty training, aggression, or persistently bad manners, and still not have the time, energy, or ability to correct these things on their own. If this is you, don’t worry! We have just the program.

The Board and Train “Boot Camp” program is fully immersive and incredibly efficient. You get all the benefits of training without having to drop off and pick up your dog each day. You can leave them for 10 or 5 full days of training that will have your pup transformed into the best version of themselves. If you miss your dog, there is the option of bringing them home for the weekend, but you can rest assured that while they’re with us, your furry friend will receive the best care.
