Puppy Management and Training Near Wall, NJ
We want to make sure you and your new puppy have the best start possible! During the first 16 weeks of your puppy’s life, we focus on helping you build a solid foundation using positive reinforcement, basic obedience, and learning commands, allowing them to age in our Puppy Management Program.
The first 16 weeks are crucial for socialization and training for the future of a confident and well-behaved adult dog. Whether your puppy is hyper, chewing up furniture, or pulling on the leash, we are here to help you teach your dog the skills they need to become the wonderful family dog you have always wanted.
Benefits of Puppy Management:
- Our Puppy Management program will guide you through raising a puppy into a healthy and happy adult dog, giving you one less thing to worry about!
- Since you will already be working with an expert dog trainer, if you start to notice any signs of aggression or other behavioral concerns, they are there to help correct issues before they get worse!
Dog Training Day Care
Unlike our regular Doggy Day Care program, our Day Train Day Care program is perfect for working pet parents who think their pup might need some extra training help! Once a week, for one week, three weeks, six weeks, or the eight-week diamond program, drop your dog off for a full-day training session with one of our professional dog trainers.
Many owners discover their dogs get better results with the Day Train sessions than a traditional board and train because your dog will learn new skills in small pieces, making it easier for them to generalize new behaviors. Plus, at the end of each session, your dog’s trainer will give you the tools and knowledge to keep practicing what your dog has been learning. Once the program has ended, you will have a private one-on-one session with your trainer to check in. If the behavior we promised is not delivered, we will provide free classes until everyone is happy with the results.
Does your dog love learning? They can continue in Day Train Day Care to learn tricks, agility, and certain service-type behaviors!
This is the perfect option for:
- Dog parents who with a busy work schedule.

Dog Boarding & Training
Going out of town soon, but don’t want your dog to sit around bored or picking up bad habits? Or maybe your dog just needs a little extra consistency in training? We would be glad to host your dog for up to 12 days overnight at our facility, where they will be trained every day!
Whether your dog has serious issues or just needs a little tune-up, they will receive focused attention from our professional team of dog trainers to help reinforce good behaviors and obedience training while you are gone.
After getting their full attention day and night, our trainers will pass on the skills your dog has been working on so you can practice and continue training at home! Once your dog has completed the Board & Train program, you will also have access to group training classes so you can keep improving and building your dog’s confidence and obedience skills.
We have 3-12 day customizable plans for this option.
Reservations for the Board & Train program must be made in advance, so if you are planning a trip out of NJ, please contact us as soon as possible! Instead of simply boarding them or hiring a sitter, let us train them. Not only will they learn new skills, but we will take excellent care of your furry friends like they are our own!

Private Dog Training

Once your dog has completed our Day Train or Board & Train program, we would love to welcome you to request additional private lessons for some extra help from our training team. Designed to integrate owners into their dog’s training journey, our team will be there every step of the way to teach you how to work your dog with confidence.
Our Private Dog Training lessons are designed to give pet parents one-on-one attention and to incorporate them into their dog’s training experience. One of our professional trainers will guide you so you can also reinforce your dog’s obedience and socialization!
With all that confidence, you and your dog will be ready to explore and hang out at your favorite beach in no time!

Group Lessons

After your dog has completed their Day Train or Board & Train program, we would love to invite them to join us in Group Lessons!
You and your dog have put a lot of hard work into reinforcing their obedience training, and Group Lessons are designed to help your dog continue building these skills with distraction and real-life scenarios. Held at pet-friendly environments in our local community, Group Lesson gives your dog a chance to navigate real-world situations with all the skills they have been learning in their private sessions. They might even make some new friends!

With over 20 years of dog training experience, I have had the pleasure of working and training with some of the top dog trainers and dog handlers both nationally and internationally.
Some of my recent accomplishments include providing Sport Dog and Protection Dog seminars, Obedience Classes, general dog in-services and training for specialized protection dog groups. I also am a Dog Sport Club Training Director and Instructor.
In addition to providing education and training services, I continue to attend countless training seminars and continuing education hours to include some of the most recent and up to date training techniques in the pet/dog industry. I also have my Dog First Aid/CPR certification, updated yearly.
My passion for training dogs has taken me to multiple Sport Dog competitions from AKC Obedience to Protection Sport Association (PSA). In the last few years with my dog ‘Rocky”, we have accomplished some of the highest levels of recognition in the Dog Sport world. Achieving multiple Regional and National Championships. This included 2015 PSA Level3 USA National Champion, 2016 PSA Level3 USA Highest scoring team of the year, 2017 PSA Level3 USA Regional Champion, 2017 PSA Level3 USA National Champion, 2018 PSA Level3 USA Regional Champion, 2019 PSA Level3 Canadian National Champion.
Throughout all my years of training I have learned the greatest enjoyment for me is being able to help and give others the ability to communicate with their dogs, creating a long lasting relationship. I truly feel blessed to be able to give back to the community by showcasing Sit Means Sit training as a smarter, faster and more reliable form of training to all.
While training dogs is my passion, I also have 6 dogs in my own”pack” at home including 4 Malinois, 1 German Shepherd, and the boss of the house, our rescue dog “Star”.
