Board and Train
Board and Train is one of our most popular pet training programs because it gives your dog a chance for a truly immersive experience with our trainers. Whether you have a busy schedule or are planning a vacation, our trainers will do the hard work for you and begin a solid foundation in obedience training and off-leash control.
By leaving your dog for overnights under the excellent care of our training staff, our trainers will understand how your dog works and how best to begin their training experience. For 10, 15, or 20 days, your dog will spend full days working on basic manners and advanced skills or troubleshooting challenging behaviors like aggression.
Board and Train programs allow your dog to reach their full potential faster! Pick up a happy and confident pup and have a quick session with your dog trainer so you can continue reinforcing their new behaviors at your own home.

Day and Train
As a hybrid of the Board and Train and Private Lessons, The Day and Train membership gives dog owners a chance to experience immersive training while still being hands-on!
Once a week, your dog will spend the day with a professional dog trainer who has built a customized training plan focused on your dog’s training goals. Our pet training program focuses on teaching attention and control, so you have the confidence to go to any favorite outdoor cafe and trust your dog to calmly and obediently lay under your table.
We do the hard work so all you have to do is practice your dog’s obedience at your own home!
Private Lessons
Our professional trainers are happy to provide pet owners with a hands-on approach to training. The Private Lesson Membership will pair you with a dog trainer who will show you our proven dog training methods so you can train your dog at your own home and out in public places.

Group Classes

Included in all of our program memberships are Group Classes! We believe in the importance of continuing your training journey by practicing your dog’s obedience skills in real-world situations around other dogs.

Puppy Training
Start building your relationship with your new best friend by registering for our Puppy Training programs! Puppies ages 10-20 weeks join these Saturday group classes for socialization and to begin their obedience training. We teach basic commands and help pet owners navigate tricky puppy behaviors like potty training or chewing.

Matt is the proud owner of the Orlando Sit Means Sit Franchise, which was established in 2011. He owns four dogs; two Malinois (Kilo & Kage), & two Rottweilers (Diesel & Titus). He has been training dogs since 2009, when he started with his mother in law, Jori Pollard, the owner of another Sit Means Sit Franchise in Colorado.
The question gets asked “how did you get into dog training?” He will answer “I couldn’t pass a math class in college.” His driving force is to create an environment where people can come & learn how to do MORE with their dogs. A favorite quote of his is “Time is the most precious commodity that is out there. It’s the one thing that you can’t buy or ever buy back.”
Michele joined the Sit Means Sit family after being a client in 2020. Michele worked in the veterinary emergency medicine field for 4 years and general veterinary medicine for 3 years. Previously to that, she was a vet tech and has also done grooming, boarding and AKC confirmation shows since she was 15. Her Belgian Malinois, Kikka, was the dog that brought her to Sit Means Sit and now enjoys coming to work with her every day to help clients grow with their own dogs. When Michele is not at work, she enjoys doing dog sports with Kikka, like dock diving, FastCAT and weight pulling.
