Ash is definitely loving the experience, and I’m loving the result! He’s easier to divert back into focus when he gets distracted by other dogs or people. He’s also more responsive to commands. I definitely have MY FURfect dog

Love them! We ended up going to them after meeting so many people with amazingly well behaved and trained dogs whom the owners told us were previously untrainable. They have 3 individual classes to start and then group classes. To top it off, Linus LOVES going to class! This is him doing his ‘place’

We have been so happy with the progress our pup has made! Sit Means Sit trainers have gone the extra mile to keep in touch and make sure we are staying consistent with training. I highly recommend for anyone looking to have a stronger connection with their dog!

For awhile I’d said my dog Buck had good heart but bad manners. After a year of working with him myself and getting virtually nowhere, I decided to come here. Christian and the rest of the staff heard my goals and helped me hit them. In less than a month, Buck has become a new dog. While he’s not perfect (but who is?), I feel so much better equipped to deal with the occasional slip up. Also, training has changed from a chore to the highlight of my morning. I could not recommend these folks more highly.

We came to Sit Means Sit for our 2 year old Dalmatian Ollie after visiting another trainer and just didn’t achieve the results we were hoping for. We were at a loss, we didn’t know what else to do with our dog. He was reactive towards dogs, people and even our toddler. Our daughter would try to pet him and he would growl and run away. He couldn’t be out in our back yard without barking at neighbors and other dogs, it was exhausting. This was our last hope before we thought of rehoming him. We couldn’t be more please with the results we achieved with Sit Means Sit! Logan and Trisha both were wondering in helping us achieve our goals with Ollie and our home feels so calm. Completing this program allowed us to keep our dog. Our daughter is now able to pet Ollie and he happily wags is tail and just enjoys hanging out with his family. I’ve already shared this with everyone we know and would 100% recommend Sit Means Sit. If you’re on the fence, do it, you won’t regret it!

SMS has been a game changer for our rescue who is super dog reactive. They really care about our pup and have a solid program where we’ve seen real progress since enrolling.

I was really nervous starting this whole process. I was worried I would spend all this money and get nothing out of it. I expressed all my concerns and the response I got was very understanding and detailed explanation of what to expect through this process! I’m shocked at the difference I have seen in Bella Bean so quickly! I will be bringing all future family dogs to you guys.

I contacted Sit Means Sit because my Goliath was having food protection issues and basically anger issues. He had attacked 2 of my other dogs. I took him for a 2 week board and train. I was very nervous to leave him for 2 reasons. I was going to miss him terribly and I was concerned leaving him with people I didn’t know. Would they be good to him, would he be scared …. etc. I was a very worried Dog Mom.

They sent me videos of his training, which was great for 2 reasons. One was able to see what he was learning, and two I got to see him. Being able to even see a video really helped with missing him.

When the 2 weeks was finally over, I went to pick him up. We had an hour of training at pick up and i was impressed with him and they were very good at training me! I also had to learn how to continue training. But what really impressed me and made me very happy was watching the interaction between the trainers and Goliath! He was very happy to be with them which took away any worries I had about how they had treated him. When we left he actually looked sad they weren’t coming home with us!

Since he has been home I have really enjoyed the new Goliath! He not only listens better he wants to! He really enjoys the training time. We had people over for Super bowl they brought their dogs, there was a lot of playing and food dropped on floor, because life happens. My Goliath was great the whole evening never had any problems! I definitely recommend Sit Means Sit and I am so very happy I took My Goliath to them!

Chuckles is an enjoyable and fun friend to have in our home and farm. Before his training, we would not have been able to keep him. Now, he is just a joy to have around. The training just makes me a dog lover. He was a “drop off” and was NOT fun to have around before his training. The availability for Sunday training by your trainers was a great great convenience. We can’t say enough about this service and way you carried out the job. Wow, Wow Wow!!!

Sit Mean Sit is the best thing we’ve ever done for our pup, Kuzco, and for our sanity. Kuz was having issues with reactivity towards certain people, children, and dogs and some obedience issues, and we had already gone through three other trainers and nothing was working. Everyone from the consultation to the scheduling, to the trainers were incredibly patient, honest, and helpful, and made every effort to understand ours and kuzco’s specific needs. We went with the 6 full day package and it is worth every single penny. We also still have a year of group classes!

Meet Paisley! Before Sit Means Sit Paisley was pretty reactive to other dogs and people. Couldn’t control herself, lunged on leash and even bit another dog. After our Immersion program with Kelli in Austin, Paisley is a different and happier dog! Paisley learned she didn’t have to react to every dog and person she saw, she could go in public and the owners wouldn’t have to worry about her behavior.

One year old Max found his forever family on the the fourth try! His new family realized he needed training though! After a week immersion training with Kelli with Austin, Max showed his new family how smart he is! It made his new family so much happier since he learned to not jump, walk on a leash without pulling and to be an all around better behaved dog!

Max

Jenny is a loving, goofy poodle, but her manners? Yikes! She needed some help learning how to be a very well behaved young lady. Sit Means Sit Austin had Jenny for 3 weeks to teach her everything she needed to know! She learned how to walk well on a leash, not jump on people, listen to her parents and most of all, not chase after their cat!

Jenny

Krystal and Kelli split the duties of training Ben and Sassie during our board and train immersion program. Clients could never take them in public because they never knew what the dogs would do. Barked, lunged, you name it! The owners couldn’t walk the two of them together, they were basically an embarrassment when out. But after training, the dogs are off leash, they go to the beach, farmers markets… They go everywhere!
