Dog Friendly Restaurants in Casper, WY
Casper is with the times when it comes to dog-friendly restaurants. With the help of this list, you’ll be able to find something nearby to satisfy every one of your whims without sacrificing time with your canine companion!
Racca’s Pizzeria Napoletana
430 S Ash St, Casper, WY, US, 82601
Racca’s Pizzeria Napoletana is a welcoming, dog-friendly restaurant. They have an outdoor patio where pet parents can feast on incredible food such as wood-fired pizza, pasta, and specials that are made in-house every day. They have carry-out or dine in, and all of it is exceptional. When you ask a local where to find the best wood-fired pizza, don’t be surprised if they say, “Racca’s. Their crust is to die for, and their portions are huge!”
For the pup, the staff will happily bring out a big bowl of water and happy pats. The sign on the front has a note asking dog owners to bring their fur babies around to the patio in the back, but don’t let that deter you. You’ll be taken good care of.
Bull Horn Brewing
355 W Yellowstone Hwy, Casper, WY, US, 82601
Bull Horn Brewing is where we head when we want to relax with a house-brewed beer on a patio that passes the vibe check. You can just get a drink or delve into something heartier, such as their gourmet fried appetizers, flatbreads, wings, sandwiches, and burgers. What makes their restaurant even more special is that pups are welcome indoors! That makes this spot a year-round winner.
If we were to plan your evening, we would tell you to head inside for comfortable seating and an atmosphere that breeds relaxation. The staff will be happy to bring your dog a bowl of water, and we think you should go ahead and order them some bacon, as well. For you, we recommend the Brussels sprouts, a burger, and the Gimme S’more Graham Cracker Marshmallow Stout if you’re feeling adventurous. If you’re not feeling adventurous, there are plenty more drinks to choose from.
Sanford’s Grub & Pub
61 SE Wyoming Blvd, Casper, WY, US, 82609-1939
Sanford’s Grub & Pub serves up everything you could want. Their broad menu will cater to every one of your cravings, including soups, wings, salads, chicken, burgers, steak, ribs, pasta, fajitas, and more! Their pet-friendly outdoor tables make it easy to enjoy a cold beer and an order of wings with Sanford’s delicious bourbon sauce. If you’re extra hungry, lean into the Poor Man’s Steak and Shrimp Burger (a half-pound Cajun burger with buttermilk-batttered popcorn shrimp, pepperjack cheese, and a remoulade) and Freddie’s (baked potato wedges dipped in batter and deep fried). Fair warning: you might need to-go boxes.
When you pull up, don’t be surprised if there’s a bit of a wait. This casual bar and eatery is known locally for having some of the best food in town. If you’re willing to join the fray, it will be worth the wait. As far as a place to share fun and food with your doggo, Sanford’s shouldn’t be missed!
Iconic Pup-Friendly Chains
Not every outing needs to be a big one. If you and your furry friends aren’t looking for an entire evening on the town, complete with forks and knives and folded menus, but you still need a place where you can grab a bite to eat, heading for a chain might be the best option. They’re open late and early, and they always have options!
Starbucks
Affectionately known as “Starbies,” this coffee shop serves up drinks that are known worldwide. They also have light bites to eat, and pup cups for your fur baby. They have dog-friendly patios or drive-thrus, depending on how long you want your visit to be.
Dairy Queen
Dairy Queen will serve you up an entire meal that leaves you satisfied and looking forward to your next visit. As with most chains, there’s a drive-thru and a patio where you and your dog can spend as little or as much time as you want. One thing is for sure: the staff will always be happy to say hi to your good girl or boy!
Cold Stone Creamery
On a warm day, there’s nothing better than a freezing cold, handcrafted, made-fresh-in-store ice cream. At Cold Stone, you can mix up a unique creation by choosing from their wide range of cakes, fruits, candies, or nuts that are then mixed up in front of you on their frozen granite stone. They also have shakes and sorbet.
Five Guys Burgers and Fries
The iconic checkered restaurant could very well call your name the next time you’re looking for a delicious burger to satisfy your dinner munchies. Good food is literally in the name! At Five Guys Burgers, you and your pup can enjoy a chill outing at their covered patio tables.
