Before we took our dog to Sit Means Sit, it was very stressful having other people over because he would just get so excited and would not be able to calm down. He wasn’t listening well and was just so hyperactive that it would be hard for us to get him to relax. After going through the Sit Means Sit program, he is a completely different dog. He still has his fun personality, but now he has the ability to listen and follow through with simple commands (Sit, come, place, etc.). I can take him for walks and not worry about him trying to jump on every person he sees. We are so grateful for the hard work all of the trainers put in to help our boy. You can tell just how much they truly care for and love each of the dogs they work with.

David and Robin and their team were excellent trainers and treated our Maggie like family when she was in their care. She learned a ton and we are super impressed with the expertise in dog training displayed. Truly transformed our puppy!

Sit Means Sit is by far the BEST dog training program out there. Carolann, David and Robin are MASTER DOG TRAINERS. After the 1st day being home our German Shepard is 100% different and he listens to every single command the 1st time being told. We can’t thank you enough

Old dogs CAN learn new tricks! The best decision we ever made for our dogs! My only regret is not doing it sooner. We have 10-year-old Chocolate Labrador Retrievers. They were uncontrollable! The main issues we had were barking and lunging at people who were walking nearby, and running away at any given opportunity. It was impossible to walk them. We love to sit on our back porch in the evenings, but the dogs would go nuts at everyone walking by. It got so out of hand I was getting injured trying to keep them on leash. I love my dogs but was at my wits end! I contacted Sit Means Sit in Clermont. After the first training session, I saw such an improvement in my dogs. I learned how to get my dogs to listen and respond to me. I am amazed at the difference. We walk every day now with no pulling, no barking and lunging. I work with them every day, and they continue to improve. Now instead of barking and going nuts when someone walks by, they just look at me! Life changer! Robin and Carol Ann were phenomenal! They were very patient with me! They have such love for these animals, and it’s apparent in how the dogs respond. This program works!!!!!

Sit Means Sit was the best decision we made for our Golden Doodle. They were attentive, flexible, and listened to our concerns. We decided on the three-day boot camp and spaced the training out over a couple of months. Carolann was flexible with our schedules and easy to communicate with. She also worked closely with my husband and me to ensure we could continue working with our pup at home. We were impressed and highly satisfied with the amount of progress our pup made after every visit. As part of our package, we look forward to participating in refreshers soon.

Carolann and the whole staff at Sit-Means-Sit Clermont turned our puppy Dane Harlee Quinn into a dog we never knew we could have! Thank you for all your hard work and care you gave her! Highly recommend board and train program!

We just had a great experience with our new puppy! She was just 11 weeks when she went for the 10-day Board and Train. We missed her so much but it was the best decision we could’ve made!! She learned SO MUCH!! She actually just went back for the day today for daycare and had a great time with all the other dogs as well as staying tuned up on her training. She was falling asleep during her bath tonight because she had so much fun!

We’ll be going to additional classes here and are looking forward to her learning even more. The trainers are awesome! They love the dogs just like we do and take great care of them!

I highly recommend the training at Sit Means Sit-Clermont

Hands down the best trainers plus such wonderful people, which makes it all worth it! Carolann is like the dog whisper! To our 10 month old doberman, sit did NOT mean sit! To him, it meant to do whatever HE felt like doing!

As first time doberman owners, we didn’t know what to expect, but we knew training was essential for him early on (and for us, as we have a house full of children). At four months, Hans went through a 10 day board and train at a different location. He returned to us with knowing the “basics” but with an unsteady foundation. We struggled with understanding how to properly use the ecollar remote, and unfortunately the guidance provided was not consistently clear.

It wasn’t until a fellow doberman owner told me about Sit Means Sit, Clermont. Carolann came highly recommended as she carried 15+ years of experience with Dobermans, underneath her belt. We left Hans with her for 7 days and he came back to us a new dog.

We now have a strong understanding of how to use the collar, expectations, and we can finally enjoy his company! Previously to this training, we had to keep Hans separate from our sweet little Boston terrier as she is very submissive and quiet. They are now coexisting, and Hans is giving her the respect and space when needed.

We are forever grateful to the Sit Means Sit, Clermont family and will not go anywhere else for training and boarding. Thank you!!

My 6-month old Golden Retriever was in desperate need of some good doggy manners. We intended to have in-home training, but ultimately opted for the Board and Train program. In 10 days, we got a whole new puppy. She still has her same silly personality, but now listens, obeys commands, and the best thing… I can walk her without any issues. Truly a Godsend! Carolann and Robin communicated with us the entire time, sent photos, and videos. Even though Sadie is home now, they consistently check on her progress. I cannot say enough good things about Sit Means Sit.

What an outstanding job they did with our unruly 100lb dog! What a HUGE difference! They communicated great throughout and kept us looped in the entire time. We highly recommend their services! You won’t be disappointed!

Our Ziva did board and train with Carolann. We could not be happier. We needed Ziva to learn to listen and learn the command come for safety reasons. We have dogs in the neighborhood that are running loose and we could not get Ziva to listen to hurry and place her in the house or away from our fence. Ziva’s first day back home we had the neighbors dogs at our yard and Ziva was given the command and listened!

Our Ziva loved Carolann and thrived with her. Carolann kept me updated everyday. Sent video and pictures to us eachday. Answered all my questions and when she brought Ziva to us she took her time showing and teaching me what Ziva learned. Teaching me how the Sit Means Sit collar worked. She made sure to answer everything and that I was comfortable before she left. Their care and training doesn’t stop there. Carolann even texted me later that night and the next day asked how everything was going and if I had any questions. That is truly is someone who cares for you and your canine companion!

I highly recommend Carolann and Sit Means Sit they truly treated my Ziva as if she was their own. And I Thank Them Greatly!

I had a wonderful experience with Sit Means Sit in Orlando and am so excited to see a local branch! Wonderful training program! After completing with my wheaten terrier, am able to walk him off leash and push my baby in the stroller!

Sit means Sit is amazing. If you truly want to enjoy your dog as a friend family member or whatever OMG they are amazing. My dog came home from a 10 day training and he was amazing when he left but 10 times better. He is 4 months old can you imagine the beautiful life we will have together so trained and obedient. If you truly want to enjoy your friend contact them. Carol Ann trained mine precious baby. He came home so happy. I couldn’t be happier and so is he.

Sit Means Sit has changed my out of control lab, Zoey, into a well-behaved dog. She pulled on a leash so badly that I couldn’t even take her for walks. After only one week, she was heeling off leash and right by my side. It was amazing! Now I enjoy hikes, walks, and other outings with her. I truly believe that Sit Means Sit can train any dog.

The Sit Means Sit program enabled me to take my two dogs Gaea and Dayzee on mountain hikes without worrying about them chasing wildlife. It’s great to hike with my dogs and not worry about spooking the wildlife, thank you!

I am so pleased and impressed with Sit Means Sit in general. My Aussie puppy did a three week board-and-train since my work schedule limited my ability to go to group classes. They were very understanding and did an excellent job of explaining every aspect of their training methods, their e-collar, and were very open to questions. I met with a number of different trainers and every single one was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The difference in my puppy is incredible. She listens (the collar really helps), she doesn’t bite me as I walk by, and she doesn’t bark for attention. For the go-home lessons, the trainers I met with were very patient with me as I learned how to work with her, explained the e-collar and its use in detail, and gave me pointers on how to work with specific challenges I was having. Excellent service, very pleased with the results, money well spent. Sit Means Sit is my go-to for dog training because of their quality work and friendly staff.

We took our two pitbulls to Sit Means Sit for training. Sit Means Sit did a wonderful job training our dogs. Kileaux was always easily distracted and Nikita was a rambunctious puppy. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us how to work with our dogs on continued training.

It is hard to find companies that will work with pitbull puppies, let alone full grown 115+ lb pitbulls. However, Sit Means Sit never failed to make my dogs feel loved and welcomed – which was an added bonus to the amazing quality of training we received. I will absolutely be referring Sit Means Sit to friends and family!

Sit Means Sit’s training program has seriously been one of the best investments I have ever made. I picked my dog, Biggie, up last week and the changes in her behavior and previous aggression have been unbelievable! She’s a better listener, less territorial, and just an all-around better behaved and happier dog!

My dog has been able to get off of her very strong anti-anxiety medication and live a better life because of the trainers at Sit Means Sit. Her quality of life, as well as mine and that of my family’s is infinitely better and for that I will be forever grateful!

Thank you Sit Means Sit for changing Biggie’s life! She looks forward to more group training and I will recommend y’all to everyone I know!
