We started our dog at sit means sit back in September because she was having issues with resource guarding around her dog siblings. She would guard and fight if they came near us for attention or they came near her food or her toys. She’s always done amazing with people she had been a huge jumper when someone came into the home not understanding the rules but overall a huge lover. Now 6 months later we have corrected all her behavioral issues now we don’t have to walk on pins and needles in the kitchen while we’re cooking nor do we have to worry if she’s sitting with us on the couch that she’s going to attack one of our other dogs if they walk by it is Harmony in the household. As well as she has passed her certified therapy dog training and is such a more relaxed less anxious dog around everyone and everything. Love this place the trainers are incredible loving educated and patient. Highly recommend bringing your dog here especially if they have any serious issues with resource guarding anxieties or even bite prone. What I love the most is that my dog loves going to dog school. She is excited about it.

When I sent my dog Arya to sit means sit she was not well behaved super dog reactive she went to the board and train program and the dog I got back was totally different in all the best ways I was shocked during our pick up session I will be forever grateful to Justin and the rest of the staff at sit means sit you guys all changed the both of our lives for the better

We’re training our Malinois mix here, we couldn’t be happier. The instructors have worked so well with us to create a viable and successful plan for our dog. We just started the group classes and we love it.

Sit Means Sit Dog Training has turned out to be an excellent choice for me and my 5 month old puppy. Puppy class was fun and informative. He was able to learn proper socialization while learning his first lessons in obedience. His board and training session has been by far the best experience I have ever had. He is such a well behaved puppy at home. The trainers are all wonderful and truly care about your dog, they will answer all of your questions and show you proper handling. I would highly recommend them. Thank you JD, Skylar, Chaise, Mike and Zach. Can’t wait to see Neo’s future progress. You all are amazing!

Our Staffordshire terrier (5months) and our pug (1.5 years) did the 10 day board and train. They sent updates three times a week with videos of their training progress and it was amazing to see their growth! Home has never been so peaceful 😊 with two little children and two dogs every day was some kind of chaos but not anymore! The dogs are doing amazing and it was so worth the investment! All the staff was so friendly and shared lots of great info. Highly recommend!

I sent my two dogs off for 10 days of training and I wish I had done it sooner. The change in them was amazing. There is no longer constant barking in the house, I am not worried about passing other dogs or people on walks, my doodle has more confidence, and my other dog doesn’t pull my arm off anymore. Skylar was the one that worked with them and she is great. Highly recommend Sit Means Sit.

Their goals are the same as yours, educate the dog and most of all the owners. Their kindness and patience with us was most appreciated. Can’t say enough good things about this group. I saw a “Sit Means Sit” display set up at “Territory Days” a few years back and said if I were to ever get another dog I would use them. The experience has been excellent. My dog is happy, trained to be off leash, and listens. Any question I have, the trainers take the time to explain a fix, or schedule a one on one to remedy the situation. Sometimes the fix is training me. Outstanding results, outstanding training.

Sit Means Sit has been a fantastic place for our dog. We took him to the day training once a week and his transition from not listening to being an obedient pup has been fantastic! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to both dog owner and dogs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to train their pups, even the most difficult pups that seem impossible to train.

Thank goodness for Sit Means Sit! We were so frustrated before finding them. We tried basic training at another facility and just couldn’t get our dogs attention. Going for a walk was a nightmare of barking and pulling. Mesa would not come when we called her and was very reactive around other dogs. She was good with us, but jumped on everyone else.

We went with SMS for several reasons. We loved that we would have a lifetime of lessons and help at home any time we needed it.
