We can’t recommend Sit Means Sit enough! We started with an anxious and out-of-control puppy. He was fighting with our other dog, barking at anyone and everyone that came near him, and just wasn’t his happy, goofy self anymore.

Jessica and Alex are amazing. They jumped right in, answered every question, and were so patient with us as we learned alongside Hank.

He’s like a totally different dog now. He listens to us, he isn’t reactive when people walk by or visit our house, he enjoys going on walks, and they’ve made a world of difference with re-integrating our dogs. Most importantly, Hank is so much happier and more confident than he was when we started the training!

Alex and Jessica are miracle workers! I sent my 6 month old GSP to them and within 3 days worth of training, she stopped pulling on a leash, can walk beside me off leash, has a great call back and heel. When I called Sit Means Sit I had a dog aggressive, leash pulling, mind of his own German Shepard. I needed a lot of help with our boy, which mind you is 10 months old. I was skeptical, since they were the 2nd trainers I called, and the first ones didn’t help our pup. After the first day training session with Jessica and Alex I had a completely different dog. I was sold… They showed us what to do, and how to work with our pup. We followed all the directions and our boy started doing what he needed to do. They were very helpful when I would text or email videos with questions on what I might be doing wrong. I couldn’t have asked for more passionate dog trainers than Alex and Jessica. We now have a calm, loose leash walking joy that listens. I highly recommend Sit Means Sit dog training. They truly know what they are doing, and care so much about the animals, and it shows.

Alex and Jessica were wonderful to work with. They took a very stubborn 4 month old puppy and he is behaving wonderfully. He does well off leash around the yard even with distractions.

My socially awkward and nervous Marley is a totally different dog after working with Alex and Jessica. Her confidence is amazing. Sit Means Sit Dog Training in Huntsville is the real deal! Our Siberian Husky is extremely energetic and head strong. Alex and Jessie were able to gain control of her energy and focus her on obedience in just a few short sessions! Watching them patiently work with her was a sight to behold. I’ve had Prissy since she was 8 weeks old. I made the mistake of not leash training her when she was younger. When we moved into a new neighborhood from the county, she would go into panic mode if I tried putting a collar and leash on her. So, I had to always leave her in our fence while me and the other dogs went on walks. She also became very aggressive toward other dogs and people. She bit the back of my friend’s pants trying to bite his leg. I couldn’t have a dog that was so aggressive. That’s when I found Sit Means Sit. Alex and Jessica worked wonders with her. Now, I can take her on walks and I don’t have to worry about her trying to get out of her collar. I also don’t have to kennel her anymore when friends some over. They actually brought my sweet girl back to me!!

The trainers were all really patient with my dog Louise. She struggled with bad anxiety and it was hard for us to get her to focus when she would get overstimulated. We are now able to go everywhere with her and know she will recall regardless of the distraction. She’s gained so much confidence just being able to go places with us and we can see a huge difference just in a few weeks of training. Thank you guys all so much for your help! The Sit Means Sit program enabled me to take my two dogs Gaea and Dayzee on mountain hikes without worrying about them chasing wildlife. It’s great to hike with my dogs and not worry about spooking the wildlife, thank you!

I am so pleased and impressed with Sit Means Sit in general. My Aussie puppy did a three week board-and-train since my work schedule limited my ability to go to group classes. They were very understanding and did an excellent job of explaining every aspect of their training methods, their e-collar, and were very open to questions. I met with a number of different trainers and every single one was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The difference in my puppy is incredible. She listens (the collar really helps), she doesn’t bite me as I walk by, and she doesn’t bark for attention. For the go-home lessons, the trainers I met with were very patient with me as I learned how to work with her, explained the e-collar and its use in detail, and gave me pointers on how to work with specific challenges I was having. Excellent service, very pleased with the results, money well spent. Sit Means Sit is my go-to for dog training because of their quality work and friendly staff.

We took our two pitbulls to Sit Means Sit for training. Sit Means Sit did a wonderful job training our dogs. Kileaux was always easily distracted and Nikita was a rambunctious puppy. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us how to work with our dogs on continued training.

It is hard to find companies that will work with pitbull puppies, let alone full grown 115+ lb pitbulls. However, Sit Means Sit never failed to make my dogs feel loved and welcomed – which was an added bonus to the amazing quality of training we received. I will absolutely be referring Sit Means Sit to friends and family!

Sit Means Sit’s training program has seriously been one of the best investments I have ever made. I picked my dog, Biggie, up last week and the changes in her behavior and previous aggression have been unbelievable! She’s a better listener, less territorial, and just an all around better behaved and happier dog!
