Best Trick: Shake “Knuckles” | Diving for ice – Yes, she will submerge her entire head to get the ice. This is one of the reasons we had to keep her. We are scuba divers and we call her our little scuba diver.

Arrival Story: There was a coworker who had two black lab puppies left from his liter. He had them for longer then the other puppies and kept asking if we would take one. We did no want a black lab – we wanted a chocolate lab. However, we talked our neighbor into taking one of the puppies. We brought home the little girl (the breeder wouldn’t give us the male which is what our neighbor really wanted, but he relented for the female). We had to watch her until the neighbor to got home and we fell in love with her while we were watching her. She was so cute and loving and she even dove down in the water to get ice. So we decided we wanted to keep her and talked our coworker into letting the neighbor have the male puppy.

Why Training / Sit Means Sit: The Sit Means Sit dogs were so good at the home and garden show. They paid such good attention to their owners even with all the distractions going on. They were even off leash and walking around in crowds and doing tricks. We want Lola to be able to be like that.
