Client’s Name: Tricia
Dog’s Name: “Rylan”
City: Bastrop, TX 78602
Breed: Purebred Great Dane
Likes: Very much likes to be outside investigating the woods or lying in the grass with a stick. Particularly likes to play in the rain and.. mud!
Pet-Peeves: paws touched or nails cut. He’s not afraid or aggressive just annoyed. gets squirmy and mouths my hand.
Favorite Toy: Stuffed cow – sleeps with it then brings it out in the morning when exiting crate. Later picks it up and shakes it roughly and throws it in the air.. over and over again.
Chews – has a nylabone but won’t touch it. likes bully sticks, natural hoofs and raw meaty bones the best.
Favorite Treat: Ice cubes
Training treats – Charlee Bear – turkey liver and cranberry crunchy treats or Zukes moist liver flavor”
Favorite Walk: All of us walking together around perimeter of wooded property.
Best Trick:So far – high five
Arrival Story: Breeder Great Dane Kingdom in Eatonville WA. I was very happy with my first Dane from GDK and knew I wanted a second dog.
Why Training / Sit Means Sit: Raylan is a more dominant dog than my other Dane. My knowledge of training is exhausted at this point and I want to ensure we continuing training before he gets much older/bigger. Sit Means Sit offered a demo/consultation. Also because I need to be educated to train my own dog rather than just sending him away to be trained. I liked the idea of individual and groups classes.
Motto: All BOY! My 4yo female Great Dane is dainty compared to him. He sounds like a herd of buffalo when he runs, sticks his whole face in the water bowl to drink, and bee lines it to any and ALL mud holes to play in.
