Dog Friendly Beaches & Parks Near Naples

Naples is known for being extremely dog-friendly. Since most dog owners love to spend time outdoors with their pups, finding great spots that are dog friendly is very important. Here are some beaches and parks near Naples that you and your dog can enjoy!

Dog Beach

Address: 8800 Estero Boulevard Fort Meyers, FL

Also known as Bonita Beach Dog Park, this is an off-leash beach your active and playful dogs will love. Keep mind there are no restrooms or water, so make sure to bring water and a dish to keep you and your pup hydrated. However, there is a dog shower to wash them off before your leave. Check the tide schedule before you go so you have enough sand for your dog to play in.

City of Naples Dog Park

Address: 99 Riverside Circle Naples, FL 34102

City of Naples Dog Park is located in Downtown Naples and nicknamed Central Bark. This park has so many amenities for your dogs, such as a water fountains that are their height, a supply of doggy bags, and washing stations. There’s also tons of open space to play and shade for when your pup wants to rest. You do have to register your dog, make sure they are up to date on their shots, and have a Collier County dog license.

Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park

Address: 11135 Gulfshore Drive, Naples, FL 34108

While the beach at Delnor-Wiggins does not allow dogs, the park does! They must remain on the leash, so this is a better park if you want to keep a close eye on your dog. The entire state park is beautiful, with boating and kayaking on the water. They have great facilities, so pack a picnic for you and your dog to enjoy!
