I have a 3 yr old Golden Doodle, she was jumping on guests, barking at the UPS driver like she was an attack dog… I was nervous to have people around her… Brandon solved that problem and I could not be happier. She is a totally different dog. Not only did Brandon train Rosie, but he also trained me (lol) His way of teaching your dog to follow commands and obey is like no other. Pick up the phone and call him, he is a miracle worker and you will not be disappointed.

Brandon is HANDS DOWN the best at what he does! His love for animals is very apparent, he is so calm, loving and patient! You will not regret having him train your fur baby!

Brandon is an amazing dog trainer. We have a mini Aussie heeler mix that was causing extreme chaos in our home, he thought he ruled the roost. He didn’t respect boundaries of humans or pets, chewed up everything, blocked our other dog from exiting the dog door, barked constantly, dug up our yard, etc. Calling sit means sit was one of the best decisions we could have made. My pup is now an obedient and happy dog. He is a complete gentleman in public and at home.

My two year old lab, Brody, is a sweetheart but if he wanted something, he was determined to do anything to get it. He would eat everything in sight (especially socks!) Brody loves people and other dogs, so he would get so excited when they were around that it was hard to control him.

I always assumed his behavior was because he was young but I knew something had to change when he got kicked out of doggy daycare for taking an employees gardening glove and swallowing it. That’s when I found Sit Means Sit. It was very easy to get information on the website. I just typed in my name and phone number and a little summary about Brody and Brandon, the trainer, called me the next day.

We spoke about all the different packages they offered, prices, and what the training includes. He helped us pick the training program that would help Brody the most so we signed right up.

I scheduled our first training session pretty quickly (I think I was able to get in about a week after signing up).

Brandon is the nicest, most knowledgeable dog trainer I’ve ever met. Brody was always so excited to see him! We started our first lesson and not even 20 minutes in, my crazy 90 pound lab was no longer pulling on the leash. The next session, we took him to more public places, like Home Depot and Petco. This is where I was most amazed. Brandon taught Brody to sit in one of the aisles alone and wait for us to call him to move. We walked away from him, many people/pets passed right by Brody, and Brody did exactly what he was supposed too. It was such a big difference from the wild Brody that would have pulled me all over the store, jumping on people and trying to wrestle with all the other dogs there.
What’s especially nice about the training sessions is the involvement you will have in the training too. Brandon shows you exactly what you need to do/practice with to keep up the new skills. We met a total of three times for training and Brody has been a great dog since. Another awesome thing about training is that depending on the package you get, you and your dog can do free group lessons! Brody is also so good off his leash. I used to worry about taking Brody to open parks to play ball off the leash but now that’s our favorite thing to do together!

If your dog needs training, Brandon (and anyone else) at Sit Means Sit is perfect for it! I can’t wait for group lessons to start!

Thanks again Brandon and the Sit Means Sit team!

I was extremely skeptical training could work for my dog. Before Sit Means Sit, my Chance was very headstrong and down right defiant. Brandon assured me all hope was not lost and that positive results were possible. When I received the video of Chance’s first training session, I could not believe my eyes!!! It’s amazing how quickly Chance progressed and how much he retains. Brandon is incredible!! He is always available to answer my questions and to give advice. He is professional, patient, and kind. I could not have done this without him!!

Amazing working with Sit Means Sit Southern Utah! I thought I had a good handle on my dogs but after working SMS I learned how to better communicate with our dogs and to keep them safe! It’s great to see our dogs walking next to us and not choking themselves on their leashes. It’s about keeping them calm as we let them know that we are the leader of the pack. Thank you SMS for helping us get our dogs in line and to listen!

“The Sit Means Sit program enabled me to take my two dogs Gaea and Dayzee on mountain hikes without worrying about them chasing wildlife. It’s great to hike with my dogs and not worry about spooking the wildlife, thank you!”

“I am so pleased and impressed with Sit Means Sit in general. My Aussie puppy did a three week board-and-train since my work schedule limited my ability to go to group classes. They were very understanding and did an excellent job of explaining every aspect of their training methods, their e-collar, and were very open to questions. I met with a number of different trainers and every single one was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The difference in my puppy is incredible. She listens (the collar really helps), she doesn’t bite me as I walk by, and she doesn’t bark for attention. For the go-home lessons, the trainers I met with were very patient with me as I learned how to work with her, explained the e-collar and its use in detail, and gave me pointers on how to work with specific challenges I was having. Excellent service, very pleased with the results, money well spent. Sit Means Sit is my go-to for dog training because of their quality work and friendly staff.”

“We took our two pitbulls to Sit Means Sit for training. Sit Means Sit did a wonderful job training our dogs. Kileaux was always easily distracted and Nikita was a rambunctious puppy. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us how to work with our dogs on continued training.

It is hard to find companies that will work with pitbull puppies, let alone full grown 115+ lb pitbulls. However, Sit Means Sit never failed to make my dogs feel loved and welcomed – which was an added bonus to the amazing quality of training we received. I will absolutely be referring Sit Means Sit to friends and family!”

“Sit Means Sit’s training program has seriously been one of the best investments I have ever made. I picked my dog, Biggie, up last week and the changes in her behavior and previous aggression have been unbelievable! She’s a better listener, less territorial, and just an all around better behaved and happier dog!

My dog has been able to get off of her very strong anti-anxiety medication and live a better life because of the trainers at Sit Means Sit. Her quality of life, as well as mine and that of my family’s is infinitely better and for that I will be forever grateful!

Thank you Sit Means Sit for changing Biggie’s life! She looks forward to more group training and I will recommend y’all to everyone I know!”
