Shout out to Daniel for all his help with properly training my high energy pup! Social classes are fun to attend and Daniel does a great job designing creative exercises that reinforce what we’ve learned while at the same time being in touch with each dog and their respective personalities and challenges. Much appreciated!

We’ve been training our shelter dog for about 6 months now, with Sit Means Sit. We’ve had a couple of private lessons with Daniel. He did a great job helping us prepare our dog for the group sessions.

During group sessions, there is a range of dogs from different ages, temperaments, reactivity levels, and skills. Daniel’s top priority is safety for all owners and dogs! Any questions we have regarding our dog, Daniel has been helpful and knowledgeable.

We’ve inherited an Australian Shepard dog, Enzo. He was already trained rather well before, but had some reactivity issues with other dogs in our neighborhood. We’re still working on Enzo’s reactivity, but couple months we’ve had training has shown some good improvement to his behavior! It’s important to note that the training is as much training the human as it is for the dog — you have to learn how to direct your dog’s behavior appropriately!

My wife and I rescued two German Shepherd puppies, they are 2 years old. They are quite energetic and are impossible on a leash. We had to find a solution. I found Sit Means Sit Corona on Instagram, and scheduled a consultation. They made contact with me within in a day, and Mackenzie came out to thoroughly explain the various packages and their training process.

We were very impressed and signed up for the 10 day training package and scheduled out our days. We liked this as they were able to work into our busy schedules. Daniel has been our trainer, he works very well with both of our dogs, and is eager to train and answer our questions. He knows what he is doing for sure, and my dogs sense that experience when he trains them. The 10 day training went great, and we have had a a few follow up lessons with a couple more pending, with the goal to get to the group lessons. We are seeing great results each day that we spend walking and working with the dogs at home.

We would definitely recommend Mackenzie, Daniel, and the entire Sit Means Sit Corona team for your dogs training. You won’t be disappointed.

Daniel is an exceptional dog trainer who truly stands out in the way he teaches both dogs and their owners. He explains everything clearly and takes the time to ensure you understand not just what to do, but why it matters. During our lessons, he is attentive and actively coaches us in real time, offering corrections in a constructive and supportive way.

What we appreciate most is how thorough he is—he doesn’t just teach commands, he walks you through the psychology behind them and emphasizes the importance of consistency and follow-through. Whenever we have questions, he provides thoughtful feedback along with practical alternatives that actually work for our specific situation.

Thanks to Daniel’s guidance, we’ve seen a major improvement in our dog’s behavior. More importantly, he’s given us the tools and confidence to continue reinforcing that progress long term. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about setting both dogs and their owners up for lasting success. Thank you for all your help Daniel!

We’re finishing up our first session of training with our newish lab. She was chewing a lot, not listening real well, but she’s a smart pup. After doing training through SMS we are on a path and she now listens and behaves even better than our other dog. Now we’re going to have to do training with him too!

I have a highly reactive dog who has been difficult to walk and lunges at people and other animals. I had tried a different trainer and while I was able to finally walk her, she continued to pull, lunge and show aggression when others came within 20 feet. I couldn’t board her and had difficulty finding dog sitters when I would need to travel . We are still in the early stages of training, but I have actually been able to walk her using only her collar and leash, with her vibration collar, and she has been calmer when others are in my home. We still have work to do, but she has really been responsive with our trainer, and I have seen progress.

This is THE place to get your difficult to train dog trained quickly, and humanely in top mental condition. I’m only two lessons in and my big, unruly and distracted doberman is now focused, calmer and is now fun and safer for kids and other small dogs to be around. Bravo!! Do yourself and your dog a favor and get training!
