I have had a great experience with these trainers. Have a German Shepherd Dog with aggression issues. Before I joined with Sit Means Sit I had gone to 5 others facilities. The dog had bitten 3 out of the 5 trainers. Now this boy of mine has more confidence and I can now have my friends and family back at my house without any issues. I thank Sit Means Sit for all their help and knowledge. Thank you all.

Amazingly effective program. We started at 10 weeks with our rescue mixed dog. We are about 6 weeks in now, and she is just SO MUCH FUN to have. Thanks to this training our families hikes and walks are a total blast. We can play with her, let her run all she wants, but maintain complete control. Matt Johnson has been our trainer and he’s been amazing.

Sheer relief. That was what I felt the day we took our male American Bulldog, Hooch, home from his 14 day Board & Train with Sit Means Sit. He was a happy, easy-going, friendly dog until he entered full adulthood and then he was as his breed suggests, a bully! We worked with leash training for 14 months and it just wasn’t working. It was such a relief to see he wasn’t a lost cause, that with the collar technique he could be trained and we could avoid the risk of losing our dog to a bad dog bite, etc. I don’t think this expresses how grateful we are, but THANK YOU SIT MEANS SIT!

Having recently just completed only 4 one hour sessions at Sit Means Sit with our 5-month-old puppy, I just want to thank both of our trainers for their excellent help! Oso was a stubborn, willful, playful puppy. Now he’s still playful and loving, but also obedient and very willing to do what we ask of him. He no longer pulls on the leash, he heels nicely even off leash, and will stay on Place as long as you ask him to. And he finally leaves our cat alone! This is our second dog we’ve taken to Sit Means Sit and as far as I am concerned, it provides the very best training possible. Thanks so much to Anthony and the team!

Sit Means Sit has been a LIFE SAVER and I highly recommend their training no matter your dog or your goal. We adopted our dog when he was three, he was completely un-socialized and fear aggressive of people, dogs and especially small spaces, like the halls and elevators at home. He had never been on a leash nor learned any commands and it was a struggle to train him ourselves or with other trainers. I was hesitant to try SMS because of the collar but was introduced to it and realized it’s nothing like I thought it was. We instantly saw results but our dog wasn’t “perfect” by any means for a while… About a month in he was manageable, three months in he was learning and doing so well and six months in he was great. About a year later he’s a completely different dog – he’s happy, listens to everything, loves people and other dogs, and I’m always excited when people ask me “he’s so well trained… is he a police dog?”
