Client’s Name: Susan

Dog’s Name: “Bea”

City: Austin, TX 78729

Breed: Rescue Pit Mix

Likes:Lay out on deck to survey the world – or lay in my bed when I’m not looking.

Pet-Peeves:Doesn’t like for me to mess with her feet. Really, is pretty aminiable to most anything.

Favorite Toy:She has a rope toy and a giraffe with spindly legs which she likes to throw about. Mostly likes to play by herself. She does get one of the toy to hold in her mouth when she is excited to see me.

Favorite Treat: Raw hide chews.

Favorite Walk: We don’t walk except in the yard right now as she tore liagaments in knee so she is rehab’n. Still on short leash when outside.

Best Trick: She can sit and stay and come (when it’s convenient). We haven’t worked on anything else.

Arrival Story: I had two labs (brothers) who got old and had to be put down in the last two years. I missed having a dog in the house so decided the perfect thing for me was to adopt an older, more settled dog that just needed a home for it’s “golden years”. She is seven, just the right size (60lbs) and, for the most part, well behaved.

Why Training / Sit Means Sit: I need help in getting her to behave on leash with distraction. Also, she is aggressive to other dogs. And, lastly, she does not stop barking when told to. I get my hair cut in same complex as your location and decided to give it a try.

Motto: “Typical female.” Why?…., she can be a real sweetie, but she has a mind of her own.
