We’re finishing up our first session of training with our newish lab. She was chewing a lot, not listening real well, but she’s a smart pup. After doing training through SMS we are on a path and she now listens and behaves even better than our other dog. Now we’re going to have to do training with him too!

I have a highly reactive dog who has been difficult to walk and lunges at people and other animals. I had tried a different trainer and while I was able to finally walk her, she continued to pull, lunge and show aggression when others came within 20 feet. I couldn’t board her and had difficulty finding dog sitters when I would need to travel . We are still in the early stages of training, but I have actually been able to walk her using only her collar and leash, with her vibration collar, and she has been calmer when others are in my home. We still have work to do, but she has really been responsive with our trainer, Brian, and I have seen progress.

I was blown away by the knowledge of the company! We sat with the gentleman he explained everything and he even has his trained dog with him and he took us outside to show us how great their training works! We were blown away on every command that dog listened! We are totally interested in their ability to train our dog Blue

I wouldn’t give a 5 star if it weren’t for HEIDI. I have been looking for MONTHS to get my puppy trained and she has told me about this place and I referred a few friends there who turned out VERY happy with the service. Thank you Heidi for your referral!!

I adopted a large 10-month-old 85-pound puppy who needed to be trained! He was having problems adjusting to life with all his new friends and we even had an incident where one of my little dogs was bitten took him to Sit Means Sit and he’s doing great!! I chose the 2-week boarding training course with a year’s worth of training classes and I can call or text the instructors if I ever have questions or need help. Now My big boy is so well-behaved and he gets along with most of the other animals (the cats still don’t like him) He’s still training and we have a long way to go but he’s definitely on his way to being the most well-behaved dog I’ve ever had. To me, it is very important to be able to control my animals, especially a dog of his size. I can’t thank Sit Means Sit enough for their help and I look forward to continuing our training.

WOW this place has literally changed my life. I have a total of 4 dogs, now (3 when I started the program) 2 pugs 15m and 4f, and 2 german shepherd puppies 1f and 7mo.m. I never in my life thought I would have this many dogs at once, but with Madison’s help I feel like they can do anything with them. My pug went from being SO BAD, she would run away at any open door, bolt out of my apartment or out of the car if I wasn’t holding her, zero recall. I lived my life at a constant 80% anxiety at all times, now she’s off leash 100% of the time and I trust her completely! When we started the program it was initially for my GSD puppy to learn basic obedience – she did so well we ended up getting a 2nd GSD puppy to keep her company! Now all 3 dogs are so well behaved its unbelievable. If you are scared of the e-collar, trust the process, trust the trainers, it will make your life as well as your dogs so much better. THANK YOU SO MUCH MADISON you have literally changed our lives. She is hands down the best trainer they have, we love working with her. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and understands the GSD struggle! 😂

Love them. Our dog was bananas and he is a completely different dog now. We are still working on things but so much better! After months and other trainers/facilities, we have found the one.

This is THE place to get your difficult to train dog trained quickly, and humanely in top mental condition. I’m only two lessons in and my big, unruly and distracted doberman is now focused, calmer and is now fun and safer for kids and other small dogs to be around. Bravo!! Do yourself and your dog a favor and get training!

Couldn’t recommend sit means sit more!! My husband and I have used them for both of our dogs and they have done such an amazing job! Our dogs are well behaved and it was worth every penny we spent. You won’t regret it!

Sit Means Sit is honestly the best! If it weren’t for them my 4 month old German Shepard would be a mess! They are helping me train him one session at a time and believe me you would notice the difference. Thank you so much Sit Means Sit Staff!!!

Sit Means Sit has been a great decision for us. They are so dedicated to working with us and our dog; no case is hopeless. They make a family hopeful, with whatever challenges your pup may be presenting. They are extremely dedicated to what they are doing, and the group classes are the perfect enhancement. Cannot recommend this professionally run organization more!

Sit Means Sit, Whitney and Clay have been beyond amazing. Our 1.5 year old shepherd mix is sweet as can be but has so much energy and wasn’t sure how to manage it. He would pull on the leash, jump, whine whenever he saw a person or dog and made it difficult to bring him out with us for fear of causing a scene.

We began training on May 9th and now, just under two months later, Toby is a totally different dog. Walking on leash is SO much easier and we love bringing him with us everywhere. We are still going to group classes twice a week but Toby learns so much every time and each week we see improvement. I didn’t think I could love him more than I did but Sit Means Sit made him even more perfect!! Thank you for everything!!

My husband and I have an Australian Labradoodle who is sweet, good natured and beautiful. She was reasonably well behaved before our encounter with Sit Means Sit. Now we can add “”very well behaved”” to our somewhat prejudiced opinion of our Bella. We have continued our training with the classes being offered and come away each time with new information that makes Bella a better dog and us better parents. I have the highest regard for all the trainers along with Clay and Cindy. Thank you so much. The results speak for themselves.

We have 2 high energy huskies brother and sister that had out of control behavior. Excessive digging, destroying shoes and my son’s toys, anything they could get. They also liked to jump up on people to greet them. The tipping point was that they would bolt. If they saw the door open they would take off or they would pull the leash so hard my son would let go and they were off. We had done 3, 6 week sessions of treat training when they took off and were found over a mile and a half from our house within 5 minutes. Cindy took on our crazies and now they are actually a pleasure to walk and will sit off leash in our front yard. It is amazing, we now go to the group classes and get something new to work on each week. They haven’t destroyed anything and are actually well behaved. Haven’t lost their high energy they have just learned how to channel it
