Intake Coordinator

You must:
– have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– be available Monday through Friday
– be able to lift up to 40 lbs
– be able to work in loud environments
– be able to be on your feet the majority of your shift
– be able to be outside during inclement weather

Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 10:00am. This position is part-time, 5 days a week. This requirement is not flexible.

We are looking for a motivated, task-oriented individual to join our team!

You will be the first team member in each day. You will lead our drop-off process and be interacting with both clients and dogs. You will help set the tone for the day by gathering detailed information from our clients and communicating with our training staff. Of course, you will have to be comfortable performing basic dog-care tasks (and yup, that includes cleaning up pee and poop).

You must be willing to show up for work and be an active part of our awesome, dynamic, and collaborative culture – this job is not for the individual who wants to call off or be a wallflower. You must be ready to own your impact every day!

Applicants should have prior work experience, but no prior dog handling experience is necessary. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be well disciplined in time management. You must be able to work independently but also take direction from senior staff.

Daily responsibilities may include direct handling of dogs, communication with dog owners and other staff, cleaning, customer service, and basic administrative tasks on a computer.
