Likes: Run, play with his sister, cuddle, go for walks and to the dog park. He likes to chew on his toys and anything he can find outside….

Pet Peeves: Sharing his bones, sharing me with his sister

Favorite toy? A squeaky rubber toy, cloth toys he can chew, nyla bones. Beware loves tennis balls, but will chew all the material off.

Favorite treat? Everything!

Best Trick: He’s a beagle that will actually come when I call him….at the dog park anyway. Not so much out in the yard.

Arrival Story: I was thinking about getting another dog and I saw his bio on Petfinder.com. He was at the Richland Area Rescue in Richland Center, WI. I called and then went to meet him. I took him home that same day. He was previously adopted and returned by an elderly couple. They stated that he had nipped one of their grandchildren. I got him in Oct. 2011 when he was about 13 weeks old. He had kind of a rough start….when I got him he had kennel cough, worms(tape) and fleas and ticks. We got him feeling better soon though and the rest is history!

Motto: Contradiction! He is lovable and social, but also aggressive and wary.

Why Training/ Sit Means Sit?: His aggression so far and only been directed at me or my other dog, but I spend a lot of time with my family and there are young children. I worry that he may hurt one of them.
