Teach your dog to “Sit” in motion

Practicing a “sit” command while moving is a great exercise to do with your dog, especially in distracting environments. When you’re out in the real world, distractions are everywhere, so it’s important to have your dog ready for them.

In this video, you’ll see Fred Hassen with his dog, Nash, a 3-year-old Belgian Malinois. Also featured are a 4-month-old Yellow Labrador puppy and two Labrador Retrievers aged 7 and 10 months.

This exercise is also helpful for dogs that tend to walk ahead of you or pull on the leash, as explained in the video.
